Globally, our food system produces around one third of greenhouse gas emissions. So Thailand has both a big opportunity and a significant incentive to reduce emissions from food production.
Madre Brava works with policy makers, civil society and industry actors in Thailand to support efforts to rebalance protein production with more plants and less meat, helping the country lower its emissions and reap the economic rewards in the process.
