Stichting Madre Brava was incorporated on 30 May 2025.
As set out in Article 16 (Transitional Provision) of the Foundation's Deed of Incorporation, its first financial year has been extended to run until 31 December 2026, rather than closing on 31 December 2025.
As a result, the balance sheet and statement of income and expenditure for this first financial year are not yet due for publication; they will be published here within six months of the financial year's end, i.e. by 30 June 2027.

Stichting Madre Brava does not accept unsolicited proposals; grant opportunities are identified solely through strategic engagement with partners and collaborators in the field, and must fall within the Stichting's mission and strategic priorities.
The Stichting does not fund: lobbying; political parties or sectarian/religious purposes; individuals directly; annual fundraising campaigns; endowments or debt repayments; technology R&D or demonstration projects; or capital construction or land acquisition.
